License

If you purchase AlienFiles it can be used by one person. If you need it for two people then two licenses (product) will need to be ordered. If you need lots of licenses please contact us for a bulk discount.

The license lasts for 12 months or 1000 published pages, whichever comes first. This means you can use the program for 12 months/1000 published pages with unlimited and unmetered access. After 12 months/1000 published pages you will have to purchase another license to continue using the program.

Email Delivery

You will receive an email after payment is made with instructions on how to activate the product. Please be sure to check your 'spam' folder too, because some email messages can be mistaken for 'spam'. If you have not had any emails from us with 24 hours please be sure to contact us regarding the matter.

CD Delivery

AlienFiles is now a fully online service, and the older download-and-install program is no longer available, therefore no CD option exists.

Refund

We are not entitled to refund, or refund products purchased in error - although we will make a refund if purchased within 30 days (as per our "30 day money back guarantee"). We will also need your account username and email so your account can be deactivated.

Support

We will aim to answer all questions within 24 hours - however please allow a maximum of 5 working days. To contact support please use the contact form and not the email address - as some emails will get deleted because they mistaken for 'spam' email.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any our product, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind. Distributing the product, design and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) by any means is forbidden. All rights to the downloaded design and documentation not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved to 'AlienFiles'.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS PRODUCT, DESIGN AND ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS INTO WHICH THE PACKAGE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THIS PACKAGE.

IN NO CASE SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED UPON A BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
